Good
Efficiency - Everyone knew about my stiff shoulder (un-relaxed) even the CT scan man!
Kindness - Nothing was too much trouble even Eric with the bed pans!
Cleanliness - Outstanding floor cleaned 4x a day.
Improved
Allow more staff on the ward.

The midwives were caring and kind but maintained a relaxed environment. They gave tough love where needed and were completely on top of things. Pool and rooms were excellent.

Staff responded to call buttons quickly - not for myself but more elderly patients with less mobility than myself. They were very compassionate to pt's needs. On the whole staff very caring and explained things adequately for my needs. Thank you.

I could not fault the care I have received. Very caring.
